Underpasses? Overpasses? I don't think so!

What deal did the city council and/or city manager make to screw the taxpayers when they contracted for the 4th St. underworldpass? AND, who can't see that the overpass to "the other side" isn't being delayed because of racism (and cronyism)??? I LOVE TUCSON, but I hate the people who run the place. More to follow.

    There is a lot about how government (particularly spending) decisions are made in Tucson that is murky. I think it is partly because the Tucson City Council is comprised of part timers who have no business experience. Even the Mayor is more interested in being a good old boy than a leader. It's a mess.
